    Optimal SWAT focuses on improving the performance, health, and fitness levels of tactical LEO (SWAT/RRT), specialized military units, PMC, and other groups with LE/mil backgrounds looking to take their performance and fitness to another level.

    The Practical Applied Stress (P.A.S.T) Program has a focus on functional strength, improving bodyweight to strength ratios, dealing with unbalanced loads, and conditioning, etc, combined with shooting rotations designed to greatly improve performance under stress; where the ability to shoot under great physical stress is an essential component to success and survival.

    This type of training is particularly useful to tactical law enforcement, SOF, PMC, and other groups where functional strength and job specific performance is essential to survival and operational longevity.
