    Perfect equipment, how much Kg have heavy body armor? i seen on video, guys pull up 10 times.

    CrossFit is a well known program. It's become popular with mil and LEO. One of the members on the advisory panel for OS here , Mark D, owns NavySEALs.com (www.navyseals.com) and USCrossFit (uscrossfit.com), and SealFit which is very CF like as I understand it.
